While Kuala Lumpur is having major upgrading especially in the public transport sector, some parts of Malaysia still lacks solely on public transport. With a state that is as busy as Kuala Lumpur and Melaka, Johor is sadly lacking in the public transport.
There are no MRT or LRT that can ferry the locals from a city to their main city. Johor itself is huge. The beautiful land stretches from Johor Bahru to Rompin to Segamat and to Muar. An MRT should be made to ferry commuters to their workplaces especially the badly congested areas like the main city, Johor Bahru.
The Pasir Gudang highway and the Skudai highway itself is a major headache for motorcyclists. Every peak hours it is always in a jam. The title of worse traffic jam has to be given to the Pasir Gudang Highway. It only has 2 lane for both sides of the traffic and it becomes a quicksand when there is a heavy rain because the drains are all clogged up! It is even a bumper-to-bumper crawl after the peak hours.
The government should also think of other states if they wish to improve the public transport system. It is not fair to concentrate on the main capital city itself when the money they use is contributed by the tax payers, who came from all states and cities.
They could build an MRT route with Johor Bahru (Jln Wong Ah Fook) as their main point and then branches out with Gelang Patah as the West Point, Masai as the East Point, Kulai as North Point and Tampoi as the Central Point where commuters can change platforms to get to another part of the MRT line.
From there, the government could make a central bus station and coax the public bus operators to branch off their buses to other parts in the city. While the government is at it, they should have an audit of the public buses. Most of them are not in a good condition. Being stuffed in a bus with faulty air-con while the driver puffs away on his cigarette is a vomiting experience.
Some of them only have two working bells and trying to reach for the bell while being crammed like sardines in a can is a frustrating event. Plus, most of the buses carries more than they can carry.
I myself have the experience of the driver packing all of the commuters in the dingy bus that with unclosed doors and rounding corners at top speed nearly flew me out of the bus. If the bus is full, the driver should consider the passengers lives and not overloading their capacity to the point of the doors not being able to close.
No harm in losing 3 or so passengers while they drive safely. Forking out thousands for medical bills, summons and claims and bearing the deaths of many passengers should never be the option.

My eyes are teary and at times get as dry as the dessert. My neck aches and my right hand feels as if its falling off my shoulders pretty soon. I am having the Computer Vision Syndrome and I hate it. I tried going on life without the pesky computer and my condition improved much but the moment I’m on the desk once again, the syndrome kicks in all over again.
It became worse when I have to read those little numbers on the account books. I can count how many times I wrongly clicked a link. I really should install a plug in to have a pop up message that say ” click here ” every time I wrongly clicked a formula.
Anyway PIKOM PC Fair is on tomorrow at Persada, JB. I am going to go there and get my mouse! The current one died on me and it’s such a chore sharing my mouse with my other PC.
I wonder if there are any good deals there. Hehehe…

There are many newspaper companies in Malaysia and most of them writes good and informative news. However there are some newspapers which leaves me with a shudder of disgust and they are what I have dubbed as the Kepo Press.
Take the Metro Paper for example. Always the news circles around artists in hot waters, rape news, accidents, black magic superstitions, government bodies being victimised and so on.
A great example was about a recent news on minors being caught by their mom for experimenting in sexual acts. It was supposed by their mom that their 8yr old neighbour son had taught them.
Then there are those about girls running away from their family to be with their darlings. Once they realise that the grass is not so green on the other side, these bothersome idiots called for the media, make a big fake story, bawled out their sobbing fake story and try to win the hearts of the sympathetic politician to get their ass back home.
There is also another news about how a family who lived in poverty stayed in only a shed. However after looking at the head of the family, I totally disagree on giving a helping hand to the family.
The head of the family looks very much healthy and being in the early thirties, he should be able to get a proper job provided he is hardworking! Most of the news that were flashed on the headlines of these Kepo Press were wrongly focused.
Lazy bums should not be given charity but should be given education on how to get a proper paying job.
Idiotic rampaging pheromones and testerones juveniles should be left alone with their counterpart and not be helped at all. Do not waste tax payers money in helping these unappreciative kids who thought that love conquers all. They dig their own graves, they must learn that every actions have consequences. And put the tax payers money on better things like public transport!!!
If you ask me, the newspaper should be filled with real informative news and not about disgusting gory stories that will leave readers emptying their breakfast. Furthermore as for a Malay newspaper, they sure have a lot of 4-D lottery advertisements, in fact all 3 pages (and still counting).
I know that hot news sells like hot cakes. But the way most of these reporters sensationalized the gossiping news are wrong. What happen to good reading materials? So much for doing your part for the community.
And they don’t come cheap! Why should I pay for Rm1.50 (30cent more) for junk news?

There are some things in life that scares me.. getting stuck on a bike with a daredevil, road devil and wedged dangerously in between 2 huge trailers at 100km/h. I was praying at every second whenever my brother rode at high speed and weaving through the jammed traffic.
Every minute I was on the bike, took a year off my shoulder. By the time I reached home from my errands, I felt like an ancient old lady. What’s worse it rained when I was in Plentong and it worsened into torrential rainstorm. I was drenched from head to toe and got dried and then wet all over again.
That was how unpredictable the weather was today.
Tomorrow I had to change my humidifier filters as the current one is pass overdue. Anyway gotta go now.. Dinner time!!

Had a fantastic roadtrip with daddy dearest today on my Modenas Kriss. On a normal road drive, the journey to Ayer Hitam via the Plus Highway would have taken an hour or less. It took a long ride on our trusted steed.
We headed out at 10.30am or so and went via the highway from Perling and exit at Kulai since I found the ride on the Plus Highway was very monotonous and boring. The traffic on Kulai Plus Highway was packed with heavy vehicles and speeding demons, all intending to head back north from their holiday.
Then from Kulai onwards, we took the old federal highway and enjoyed the scenery. I managed to terrorise the locals at almost every point and would have stopped and bought all the munchies I could take at every village I had been the rider.
We stopped at Ayer Hitam Pekan and had lunch there. I get to enjoy a lovely plate of Nasi Briyani Mutton at Rm6.50 and chit chat with the locals there. The shop is located on the right street side after you had turned left from the 4-way traffic light junction with the pump station on your right. Friendly chaps the whole lot of them and once our stomach was full, we headed out again.
We headed home using the Parit Raja–> Parit Betak (Raja Surani exit)–> Parit Maridono (Parit Martajam)–> Pekan Nenas–> Home. I love this road!! It is the only one that has loads of river, just scenery and it reminds me of the days of when I was younger.
Anyway the torrential rainstorm caught us wet at Pekan Nenas. It left me shivering cold once I reach home. The lightning were striking beautifully over our heads. The wind was strong enough to drag us to the side. It left trees upturned and huge advertisement boards collapsed (even at Perling Show Village). We even had maneuver our way along a few upturned trees that had blocked our way.
No doubt we were left wet, soaked and shivering but it was fun and an enjoyable ride!!!

I take off my hats off to working mothers. I don’t know how they manage to juggle work, household chores and their kids. I tried to juggle everything but the constant cleaning up after my niece and nephew mess (the sister is the biggest contributor) is very tiring on my patience.
The sister is always trying new things and in the same time messes up everything that I have cleaned. Her favourite is dinner or lunch time. It is my favourite time with her since I could enjoy watching her eat everything and anything on the table.
However there is a downside. She loves eating as much as she loves feeding the floor. Eating time is always followed by a bath after that. After that, it is a breeze.
The younger brother is a darling. But he loves attention and would get irritated whenever nobody entertains him which inevitably irritates everyone with his crying. It grates on my nerves sometimes since he would cry whenever I am busy with work and no one would bother to entertain him as they too have their own responsibilities. His appetite is something to reckon with. He drinks milk, a healthy portion of 4 oz, at every 2 hrs even at night.
It is a good thing my house has my parents, my younger sister and the parents of the kids. Everyone takes a part in taking care of the children as it is a 24/7 job that needs full commitment. I should know since by the end of each day, I felt as if i had just conquered the Juggernaut.
Already two kids are already running lose and driving everyone to buy anti wrinkle eye cream due to the high frequency of frowning. I wonder how my mom reeled all of my siblings (with me inclusive). We were never that angelic when we were younger…

I’m not sure what’s the real fuss about the kid who was shot by a policeman who was given orders to stop his car but didn’t. I’m talking about the Aminulrasyid’s case that was hot on the press on the 8th May.
The victim was wrong on all charges to my view. Firstly he is underage, 17yrs old, with no driver’s license and drove a car at 2 am in the morning with his group of friends.
Secondly the boy didn’t stop when was ordered by the police during a road block but instead continued to speed off and driving recklessly.
Thirdly, he hit a motorist and broke his leg, sending the poor guy to the hospital in his hit-and-run.
Lastly, the police found solid evidence of weapons in the car boot that normal boys who claimed to be innocent should not be in possession.
With these solid evidence, why the hell are the police sentencing the poor policeman who was doing his duty when the person at fault here is Aminulrasyid himself? Is the police trying to please the public ears and mind by doing this instead of acting on the safety of the public and uphold the law and order?
It has already proven that the boy is wrong. Why in the world is a 17yr old boy driving without license in the middle of the night to god-knows-where? Where was the parents supervision? Why did his parents allow him to drive or even go out at such a time when he is suppose to be sleeping to prepare himself for school the next day?
And why didn’t anyone raise the issue of the poor motorist who was hit by the car? Who is to pay his medical fees and bear the responsible of his broken leg?
The police have also found a stash of weapons in his car boot. What in the world is a group of teenagers doing with weapons? Are they involved with gang fights, robberies or terrorism?
How come all of these are not being brought up? Instead the press keep showing that Aminulrasyid is innocent, good angel and bla bla..
The police should never ever EVER crumble from the pressure of the media and public. They should instead take their time to fully investigate the whole scene before coming up with anything.
The MPs in the parliament and cabinets should support the law and justice instead of pressuring them. There are more important matters to deal within the country than the case of Aminulrasyid. Is the case so important that it beats all the matters of the country and are the MPs trying to say that the police are just stupid kids that need to be taught how to do their jobs?
Where are the justice and laws that the law enforcement has came up with? What happen to prosecuting Mat Rempit parents for their kids irresponsibleness?
Is the law in Malaysia crumbling down in pressure just to please a small group of people?
If this is the case, I’d suggest the police to just change their Standard Protocol for handling each emergency calls to “wait for the proprietor to die first before heading out to the scene of crime and hide when someone tries to go against the law” to make sure that the honorable policemen who do their job with pride doesn’t get wrongly prosecuted just to please the public.

I had a refreshing exhilarating jog with my family this morning. It was from my house to Perling Mall and back. Mom and dad walked there and poor daddy burst his stamina valve half way to the mall. It was great and fun and for the first time in the long months plus whatever incidents that had passed, I felt happy and alive.
I love to feel the adrenaline rush and the breeze on my face when I jog. Even though I do complain about jogging and running at almost everytime the topic popped out, I actually loved it. Perhaps the scientist were right, exercise makes people more happier and refreshed.
Anyway later I am heading out to Jusco Bukit Indah. I need to RnR and run away from the heat by lazing my time away at Jusco. Their air con is chilly cold! By the way, Angsana is having a huge event organised by NTV 7. So my dear motorists, try not to complain in case there is a jam there.

Yesterday at around 9.15am I was robbed. I was robbed right around 10m away from my house, just around the corner of my house. Luckily I was with my younger sister and another friend else I would have lost something more than just a handphone. Yes, I lost my pass-me-down handphone, Sony Ericsson W950, 3Mp camera. I was robbed at Jalan Undan 5, Taman Perling, JB.
I have never felt so cheated and frustrated in all my life. I did try to run after his Honda Ex5 but the bloody idiot was too fast for my short legs. I did made a police report and the police officers had immediately contacted all their patrol cars. In Malaysia, snatch thief or Ragut/ Samun in the local language is a very serious offence. So I wasn’t surprised to find the roads littered with patrol cars and some stopping suspicious looking vehicles by the road shoulder.
The idiot ( I had thought a better foul name to use on him but since this is a public blog..) is in his 30s, Chinese man, skinny with a a deformed lips and front teeth. He used a false plate number JEM 603, dark blue Honda ex5 with his right handle bars broken. He was wearing a red collar shirt, a pair of worn black bermudas and a pair of black Everlast shoes. He should have been in Perling still at 9.30am yesterday.
If anyone had seen that monkey, please..please tell me so I can make him into putty and then hand him over to the police. I really would love to see his bloody face imprinted on my helmet.
