It’s a disaster, well almost for me. Mr Pimple has decided to grace me with its presence at the most weirdest time. Not only do I have eye bags, migraine, stupid ugly looking pimple is popping out. It’s irritating and it’s Monday! Adding up to my blues… Grr..
Anyone knows the best and cheapest way in how to get rid of acne fast? My concealer would not help much and I am so tempted to just head out without any make up complementing my bedraggled hair. Plus, my cold is not improving!
This is soooooo not my day!!!

I’ve heard of acne creams, wash and lotions but never pills. I was quite shock to hear that such things exist, so as they say, curiosity kills lures the cats. After Googling it up, I did find out that there are such acne treatments.

It states here that the pills act as both a detox agent and cures acne at the same time. So basically its a combo pill. And they even have a nutrition list for those who are crazy about what they take into their body.

It looked perfectly ok to me but I wonder why they’d put in marshmallow in? To add the creamy flavour to the taste?Hmm..

Once again it is the topic of acne treatment. It’s getting quite common isn’t it? Well I can’t help it since acne is a daily occurrence for some people and I love to make sure that whatever new products I’ve tried is being share with others.
I’ve tried Freeman Apricot Scrub for almost a year now and I think it works nicely on my combination. I’ve previously used St Ives Apricot Scrub for years and the Freeman Apricot Scrub has the same texture and gives the same condition on my skin after washing with it.

I really hate feeling as if my skin was stretched badly and dry after washing my face with a facial scrub or wash. Thankfully this product doesn’t and in addition leaves your skin feel very refreshed, clean and moisturized. The apricot scrub also rids of your recent blackheads.

Hate having those black spots clogging up your pores? Frustrated at the constantly appearance of the black heads? Well I do. I hate blackheads, not haired but heads.
Blackheads are caused by dirt and grime clogging up the opening of your pores. There is no permanent removal of blackheads as it will always reappear. But there is a very simple and cheap way to get rid of blackhead.
Everyday, preferably by the end of your day, rinse your face with warm water before cleansing your face. If you have time, place hot towel over your face (make sure it is not too hot that you scald your face) for 5mins. This will enable your pores to open.
Using a facial scrub like St Ives or any brands that have those natural fruits in them (eg. apricot, avocado), squeeze a healthy amount like 2cm onto your fingertips. Then gently scrub your face for 5mins, concentrating especially onto the badly affected areas.
Once you are done, rinse and pat dry. The process will take a few days before the really stubborn blackheads disappear.

It is one of the days when everything I do comes back spitting out at me. I kept losing all my pens no matter how many times I have searched for them and got new ones, they still went missing after a few days. I have feeling that my pens have small hair like legs and crawls around the house when everyone is asleep.
My monthly backaches has come to avenge itself by pounding my pain meter to 100%. Everything I eat tasted bland and I yesterday I found out that my uncle had an accident that left him with broken leg, accident wounds and warded in the ICU for a few hours.
The students whom I have been tutoring had a nice wake up call least week when they sat for my mock exam papers. I took the past year papers for SPM and PMR and gave them each their respective papers. The result was disastrous. None of them passed and realised that they have been sleeping for a long time and if it still continues, they will never pass their exams.
Which was why I came up with a new regimental routine for their self studies that involves in daily revision of every chapters from Form 1 and loading them up with mountains of homework. It is about time they realise that homework = revision = passing the exams with flying colors.
I have also embarrassingly found out that benzoyl peroxide is actually Oxy Acne Remover. I had a tough time trying to find what the product was until I read the large fonts underneath the Oxy brand on the front of the box. I had wanted to purchase benzoyl peroxide from acnescarremoval.org for my younger sister since she has a bad case of teenage hormonal changes.
But ever since I found out that Benzoyl Peroxide is Oxy, I can just head to any pharmacies or Watsons and get the acne cream.
And by the way, Jom Heboh Malaysia is opening this Saturday at Danga Bay. Is anyone attending? I’m not sure since the jam would be massive and I am not going to get caught in the jam that will result in spending lots of time in the bus more than shopping at Jom Heboh.

What is really an Acne? Until now, I’m still puzzled as to the real meaning and features of acne. I’ve done some research on it and it turns out that all our pimples, from black heads to red sore looking dots on our face is acne.

Acne is caused by many factors from our food to the environment. It is best to look into this website to read more info on the causes of acne since I am too lazy to write everything, it’s called plagarism if I were to do that.
You’d also be very surprised that to get rid of the acne prone skin only takes a few minutes of your time every day and cost less than RM50 per month. Sounds very fetching and realistic.
The best adult acne treatment or any acne treatment in fact is very easy. All you need is your acne wash cream, warm water and discipline. If you follow an everyday routine of cleansing your skin, you’d find a lot of changes to your skin condition.
I’d usually just use Simple Plan moisturising cleansing lotion and toner before I head off to bed everyday. But if the activities I did before heading to bed leaves me grimy and dirty, I’d just wash my face with warm water, rubbing my face with my face to get the pores open and then applying my St Ives Apricot Scrub.
Or you can follow the simple steps below:-
- Wash your face with warm water BEFORE you add facial cleanser for 1 min to open your pores.
- Wash your face with your facial cleanser and rinse. Pat your skin dry.
- Wash your face now with your acne treatment wash and leave it on for 5mins.
- Rinse and dry. Once that is done, make sure to always apply moisturizer lotion preferably with sunblock as your skin will be very dry after the through cleansing.
Just follow this simple steps and you can have your fresh clean face back in 4 weeks!

Day 1 of herbal remedy for acne was quite interesting. Had to convince my younger sister that honey is not only good for the stomach but also on our face. Took a lot of convincing on my part but in the end she conceded.
I made a honey and cinnamon paste, got that remedy on the internet. Made a thick muck and rub it onto my sister’s face before she sleeps, after she had cleansed her face. I had added an extra towel on her pillow case so the paste won’t mess up the bed. It would have turned fantastic had she sleep in a proper manner and not moved like a gladiator when she sleeps.
The pillows were off the bed, the bed covers were stained and I got a feeling I had to mop the floor so the ants won’t sniff the honey out. The condition of her pimples and acne didn’t look affected so perhaps I will strike that out from my list of remedies.
Plus, I hate changing bed sheets!!!

In theses coming days I’m going to explore new ways to get rid of acne and pimples. I’m not really bored driven but I just wanted to try out new things and I have my oblivious younger sister as my guinea pig! haha..
I’m going to try the new techniques (pharmaceutical products) and the old herbal remedy. I have heard of herbal remedies or paste which we can make at home for best acne treatments. But as I’ve said, I’ve not tried any of the herbal stuffs yet so I can’t give any results on it yet.
Stay tuned for the herbal remedies!
