On the other hand I must say that I have had a totally different experience with their new internet banking site. For example, I thought that the secret phrase was rather a cool idea, as it gives a two verification process to address phising sites. I also felt that the speed of its pages was fantastic in comparison with the other local internet banking sites. As to your address, i honestly can't see where the problem is, was it because you forgot something? All in all I felt it was a great effort on RHB's side without saying too much about the effort of some of the other sites. You should really try them out. WOW! you must really hate RHB.
