I am starting to hate RHB Bank Malaysia. Their new internet banking is terrible and teeth grinding. Firstly, when I first tried to login into their new system, I had to undergo a few series of changing my password and creating a Secret Phrase which I think is a total bullshit.
Then after a few long minutes of trying to change my new password, I finally managed to successfully change it only to be brought to the initial login page to login all over again.
Even worse, the instructions were so unclear when I tried to login. They had requested that I verify my Secret Phrase and then type in my password. Where to input my SECRET PHRASE when the only empty field I saw was just the password field.
That’s not all. When I finally login without any problems, I tried to change my mailing address only to find that I have not included my address to their system. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS HAPPENING HERE?
I’m trying to change my mailing address here only to keep getting error messages that my request is invalid. I just don’t get it.
Changing into a new system is suppose to make the system better, that’s why it is called system upgrade. If everything is not completed and not properly done, don’t launch the new platform!! It’s very stressful for users.
RHB is getting from bad to worse.

It’s another case of Malaysian Banks not testing properly before going into production. Maybank did the same.

WOW! you must really hate RHB. On the other hand I must say that I have had a totally different experience with their new internet banking site. For example, I thought that the secret phrase was rather a cool idea, as it gives a two verification process to address phising sites.
I also felt that the speed of its pages was fantastic in comparison with the other local internet banking sites. As to your address, i honestly can’t see where the problem is, was it because you forgot something?
All in all I felt it was a great effort on RHB’s side without saying too much about the effort of some of the other sites. You should really try them out.

Don’t know why RHB must have so many verification. I don’t really see how this forever-updating is beneficial to the users. It’s more of an inconvenience. It’s the human mechanism in RHB that should be updated, not the internet banking. As of today, I have no access to the website. What’s wrong RHB?
