Tomorrow would be Malaysia’s National Day, Hari Merdeka, as what the locals would have loved to call it. Thus, tomorrow would be an official public holiday and I’m fully anticipating to use it to make my experimental cookies!!

I’m not making as many cookies as I used to in the previous years for Eid Mubarak, Hari Raya Aidilfitri. I’m just going to make three this year, and the rest will be topped with Keropok, snacks. I’m going to make my usual Pineapple Tarts and two other cookies, one of which I am going to test out my new recipe. The other cookie, well.. I haven’t decide what to make yet!

Currently, I am also making Tempeh and had experimented with a few recipes. I have already packed them and now I’m letting the yeast cultivation to set in. It’s suppose to take two to three days for it to cultivate properly however looking at the rainy season, it’s going to take a little much longer.
