I don’t understand why some people would go to all the troubles to spam my comment boxes, get their IP addresses blocked and then sent hate mails to me because I had barred them from my website. Here’s a loud and prominent note to all spammers:-
DON’T SPAM MY WEBSITE!! I DO NOT APPRECIATE YOUR ART WORK. I WILL BAR AND BLOCK YOUR IP ADDRESS IF YOU WERE CAUGHT.
Get that through your thick skull. Damn nuisance.. I don’t mind if you were to leave comments pertaining the website content and posts, and linkback to your website. I really do not mind. But I totally hate having to go through the trouble to scanning through the spam comments brimmed with links to notorious websites and false security codes. Get a life people!
Apart from that stern warning, I wanted to post the pictures I took of my road trip from boredom. Basically it’s just hop on the car, drive endlessly for hours to nowhere and should we find anything new and interesting places, we’ll park and relax.
This time, we went to AIR PANAS at Batu Pahat, Johor. It is called Grisik AIr Panas (Grisik Hot Spring), located at Grisik in Batu Pahat. If you’re driving from Muar-Batu Pahat route, it is located at KM19. It is currently not located on Google Map but I will try to get the map out for hot spring lovers.
The whole place is located in a rural area and I would not have known about it if it wasn’t for the road signs. Initially my family wanted to head out to Muar only and started out journey at 8.30am, using the old north-south highway instead of the PLUS highway. We passed many villages, towns and good food areas.
Oh yeah Ayer Hitam is packed!! Goodness it was pack with people due to the long weekend holidays. I had wanted to get some cute collectibles from there but after seeing the crowd and the prices that the sellers had assured was “slashed” price, I walked off empty handed. Slashed price.. yeah right! More like the buyers are slashed off their pockets.
Anyway the hot spring is very clean considering that it is located off the popular route. But since it doesn’t have that many visitors, the landscape was reduced to lacking. The pool for children or the disabled to seat in solely needs a through washing and you can see molds making a population out of themselves. There should be signs on how deep the main pool of hot spring should be because judging from the color of the water and the huge boulders in them pool, I’d say it is more than 5meter deep, a sure death trap.
The water is hot but I’m not the position to comment since my blood circulation is terrible, giving me occasional ice feet. But it did took me approximately 1min for my feet to defrost and to feel the heat of the water. By then, my eyes had shot open. The hot water was really relaxing and tolerable on my feet and legs but I’m not sure about my mom and my younger sister.
Their feet looking as if they were cooked. They turned red expanded in size unlike mine that still looked normal and pale. Taking a good look around at the visitors there, I guess I’m the only freak around. I’m the only pale and unaffected feet even after 20mins of soaking.
Overall the place is quite OK. It i equipped with very clean and workable toilets and facilities. A kampong house designed Surau and huge parking space. Although they could do some renovation like making new individual pools for different families or knee deep pools with available seats and non-slip floorings.
I’ve taken some snap shots of the place. Pardon our dishelved features.. lol
And before I forget, I want to get appetite suppresant for my dad. What brand should I get…
