My computer is finally up and running after days of banging.. uh I mean repairing it. I can’t really remembered what I did to make it… oh!! I remembered.

First the RAM died, got a new one, plugged it in and it didn’t want to boot up properly. Then I had to reset the BIOS to default setting and then it worked.

After the successful boot up, my internet connection didn’t want to work. I tried everything up to using winsox and everything. Still didn’t work. I had to hijack my brother’s network card and then it worked.

A week later, it died again. I was frantic and almost cracked my head on the wall. In the end I realise it was the modem problem. Guys, you are experiencing Limited Connection/No connection and you are using ethernet connection, this is the solution.

Turn off your modem using their on/off button and then off the mains. Then unplug the power adaptor or your modem n leave it off for a minute. Plug everything back in and turn it on.

It should work nicely.

Achoo!! *Sniffles* I’m suppose to recover from my cold but I think I just made it worse. It suppose to remain a blocked nose and recover over the week. Too bad for me, the ice berg thawed off and now I am facing the water works.

Chinese New Year, (wabbit season) is nearing. I need to stock up on food since most of the markets and stores would be closed for the long holiday. I don’t like it but since its a major holiday, shops and businesses are closed for the holiday stretch.

Malls and cinemas are closed, which leaves only the beaches and nature walks/ activities for all. It’s better to just sit at home, pile up on the movies and watch them until the CNY clears up. Traffic jams will be a killer so I am not driving *chokes* my dad driving I mean.

To all my Chinese Friends in case I forget, Happy Chinese New Year. May the year be a prosperous one and blessed with longevity.

My head is in a swirl, my body feels like a tornado had slammed into it and my heart, don’t want to even express how my heart is crumbling right now. Everything I know about the subject seems so fake. It made me rethink of everything I had known about it.

I am depressed, very very depressed. My sanity is deteriorating slowly and the urge to pummel something into the ground is very real. Too bad, I am too good natured. If only I had a little bit more claws and roars in my attitude.

I need a vacation, really need one. Alone with no interruptions. Perhaps I should go to Outer Banks vacation rentals and rent a beach house there. Tan myself til I get sun bleached and my brain cells dried out.

It is stressful!!

The time to vote has arrived once again in Singapore. The official date has not been released yet but the Registers of Electors has been updated and is now ready for public viewing.

Eligible voters (S’poreans 21 n above) can check their names and constituency online or any of the inspection centres such as the Elections Department or any Community Centres/Club from January 14 till January 27 2011.

For newbie voters, you can drop by their Voting Procedure and read up on how to vote, the Do’s and Don’ts of voting.

Remember guys, Voting is COMPULSORY in Singapore. So don’t waste your good name for the slight mistake on not voting. We do not want the old cat to roar its head and chomp us if we break the law now do we? Never disturb the sleeping Singa.

Rain… It is always raining these days. It is an expected weather during these past few months but to be continuously raining without stopping is concerning. I can’t stand in the cold too long and will feel the chills to my bone if the surrounding temperature exceeds my normal limit.

I have been wearing my winter wear in the recent weeks and sleeping in  sweaters without any fan and thick comforters. That too couldn’t stop the aching freezing limbs I wake up to. However I consider myself very lucky that the weather condition here is much better than the rest of the world.

These past few days have also been very tiring for me, mentally draining. It’s a whirlwind of activities and still ongoing. I can’t say much online anymore since the more eyes that knows what is happening could be problematic.

Anyway to O’level students who had received their results, congrats on your achievement. For those who didn’t receive their expected results, don’t worry, just choose the path which you are comfortable with. It is you who makes the school and the marks, so don’t waste it away.

It is my birthday today. Funny how this morning I had a tough time trying to wake up, in fact I had to tear myself from my bed with much disgruntlement. The weather was cooling, a perfect catalyst for a good sleep in. Too bad today isn’t a weekend.

Well not going to do anything at all today except work since today is a working day. Although I am not sure if there is any plan this evening but if there are, I’m sure to be there and enjoying my night away. Hahaha… I want to buy a cake for myself later and perhaps do a bit of window shopping for a bit of RnR.

I have updated Indigo Eyes Chapter 19, so for those who are still reading it, go click and check out the latest chapter. Hopefully it is not that terrible since I once beta it once and that was also during my sleepy hours with no good strong pint of coffee.

I am sad to also inform that Indigo Eyes is drawing to an end soon. The story has been with me since 2002 and I think it is about time get back into my writing pads and end the story while I work on my other new/ old stories. Who knows perhaps next time, I’d be writing a new story on those new animes.

Today my family and I went to Singapore to give our last respect to my beloved Uncle. He was a great man and never once have I able to beat him at his wits. I love him for the man he was and he was one of the man that I had entitled as The Ideal Men Group.

I am very sad to hear of his passing, yesterday morning around 9am. Unfortunately I wasn’t lucky enough to follow to the burial as it was held yesterday at 4pm or so and I regret that to the core. I love my uncle deeply even though I never once showed it well, although I think he knows the part he has in my heart.

I can’t say anything much since I am currently loss at words.

May god rest and bless his soul.

I don’t usually post reviews on ads that popped up my page. But this advertisement pique my interest. SingPost Singapore SmartPac is a good deal.  Fixed at a price of $SGD4.20 for a parcels of below 3kg, sent to anywhere in Singapore.

I think its affordable and great since Singaporeans nowadays are into E-Selling through ebay. Plus it gave me a new idea to send my X-Mas gift to my god aunt (hopefully she doesn’t read this, it beats its purpose of a surprise if she does).

However, I think I should drop by my local moody looking post office first before I decide which courier service to use. I do have accounts with both DHL and FedEx. Hmm..

Once again the Malaysia End of Year sale is here again. Items are slashed at unbelievable prices and shoppers going mad as they try to make hard decisions over their purchases. The most awaited time of the year is here 21st Nov to 3rd Jan 2010.

Too bad I can’t be part of the shoppers. After looking through all the items in my inventory, the only thing I really need right now is a few well established landed properties, a handful of profitable stocks and a vast amount of good investments. I need something that can generate a steady income without moving my bum from the computer.

After having those in my hand, I don’t need to wait for the YES to buy things, I can just buy anything from the rack at any time. So now I am currently trying my best to make more cash.
