Yay! I had visitors over at home. I’ve been waiting and yearning for people to come over for Raye and sadly only a few came over. Oh well.. Better than nothing. Anyway here are the candid pictures of some darlings who was unlucky to be my models.

I had to cut short my holiday in Singapore to today. It was supposed to be until Monday morning but things came up and we had to be recalled back. Well at least I was able to spend a great evening with my elder sister during her birthday.

Oh yesh, that’s me at my sister’s place at 12.40am. Everyone was going nutsy, topsy and turvy. I love my cute Puss-In-Mah-Boots.

I also wanna apologise to all my friends whom I had made prior arrangements to visit you during raya. Really SOWI!!

With the coming of new computer phones/ smart phones such as Iphone and Droid, it is not surprising that people came up with iphone insurance since the values of information in the phones are much more valuable than the phone itself.

Furthermore the resale value of the phones are quite high thus, it is not surprising for these phones to be stolen more than the normal dummy phones.

Anyway I will be in Singapore until Monday. Anything just Facebook, email or sms me. Ciaoz!

A few days ago, my car was making a few weird noises and after getting under the car and sending it to my dad’s good friend, the car is now A-OK.  The exhaust box was patched up.

This morning, I went under the car again and got all of the exhaust parts hooked in their proper places. It was disturbing to find the exhaust system was only supported by one rubber support instead of the normal 4 sides. Buying the rubber parts was easy. Fixing them was not.

It took me two hours to get the car jacked, go under and fix the missing three parts. It looked easy to fix but once you get under, the fixing was  hard work. The exhaust was not light and to jack it while underneath the car and also trying to fix the rubber into their proper slots made me quite breathless.

I went in clean, I came out looking like a dirty mop. My hair needs a good shampoo (currently still in the same mess) my face needs a good scrub, should get one of my best face wash for acne. But at least the car is in much better! Now I can think better knowing that the car is not going to fall off on me.

Last weekend was a great and enjoyable event.God, I sound so corny with that lame sentence opening. To imagine that I used to get such good grades in my literature..

Anyway, I am happy to say I finally managed to meet my distant relatives whom I kept hearing but never met. I am talking about my aunt Asiah ( I don’t really know her full name) Had a good reception at her place. The food was lovely and the chit chats was entertaining (smiles mischievously).

I managed to get another person to realise that idolising these celebrities are a total waste of time. Hahaha.. Anyway here are the pictures, although I did load all of them on Facebook.

I am running out and dry out of ideas. I have pending reviews to complete, pending accounts which are overdue ( I can almost feel my auditors breathing down my neck) and I have pending freelance projects to complete. All in all, I’ve done my very best to chuck them in my KIV and imagine my reaction when I finally checked on them and saw a huge pile on my cart.

I am a dead cat. I’ve used up all my nine lives and now trying to at least squeeze a big fat fish as my last dish before my PA cuffs me on my neck and demand I complete all the jobs. Unfortunately most of the dateline falls in this week. DEAD!!

Anyway I have finally realised the reason behind my rashes outbreak a few weeks ago. It wasn’t my face moisturizers since they were specifically labelled as SENSITIVE SKIN. Thus I tried once again two of my powder (loose face powder and compact powder).

*Drum Rolls* The winner for the rashes outbreak falls to : COMPACT POWDER!! I did remember the last time I used a compact powder which was in secondary school, it itches my skin badly. For years I kept away from them. However this year, I tried them once again thinking the previous time was just a hormonal changes phase.

During the short times I used it, it didn’t feel that bad but I did remember I had to withstand the slight urge to scratch. If only I had listen to my skin, I wouldn’t have to endure two days of rashes on my face and neck.

So, mental note to myself: never use compact powder, no matter how tempting and branded the item is.

I am currently searching for the best web hosting service. I am quite Ok with the current one I am having but the rates they are giving me is making me grit my teeth. For almost 2 or was it 3 years.. they have never once gave me a discount to entice me into further using their service.

In fact recently their servers crashed and disrupted my hosting and inevitably my company’s email system. It caused a major mayhem and my boss was not a happy bunny. We were inaccessible to our customers. Even though we had faxes, we weren’t able to send massive documents and pictures through our phone line.

Momentarily, we were in the dark. In the end during the dark hours, we had to smile and apologise to our customers for the breakdown. Let me assure you, an angry unsatisfied customer mob screaming at you is not a great way to end your day.

Therefore, I am hunting for other web hosters… Gr..

Tomorrow there are a few houses which are having open houses. I am invited to some and I am currently trying to decide which house I’d like to go to since none of them are near. I’m talking about commuting from JB to Singapore.

I have a few invitations from Malaysia and a handful from Singapore. All of them happens to fall on the same day. All of the hosts are very close to me. Tough choices! Perhaps I should just.. Hmm…

I happen to stumble upon a rather interesting article in one of the websites I was reading. It was about a lingerie thief. I don’t really understand what goes around in these people minds. Lingeries are expensive!!

A good quality lingerie comes with a deep hole burner. A sexier ones comes with a card burner, meaning it slashed your credit limit. I know since I happen to appreciate and love a good quality lingerie. A good quality one equivalents to a longer lasting ones.

My Pierre Cardin and Walcoal has lasted more than 10 years and they are still as good as new. Of course you have to ensure the proper washing and handling care; hand wash all of your items and tumble dry them.

Crap.. Gotta go now.. dad and brother irritating me.

Wow, the first few days of Raya (Eid Mubarak) was an endless journey of visiting all my relatives. Even though I was having a cold and bad sorethroat, I was happily munching on the festive cookies. However I did know when to stop since my throat consistently flares up and make me scramble to pop in my antibiotic lozenges.

Went to Grandpa’s, Mak Long Jah and Mak Busu’s house in the first day. Second day was spent in the car, visiting my brother and his family at Kuala Pilah. We had decided to head off to KL however after taking a look at the jam, we turn tail and headed back home to JB.

Third day was spent visiting my Grand Uncle, Cik Lala, Cik Bulat and Cik Ani. It was great fun mingling amongst my darling relatives especially those whom we rarely meet. And lucky for us, there wasn’t any traffic jam in and out of Malaysia and Singapore. Wee!!

I am still waiting for the pictures to be uploaded since most of them was snapped by my aunts and cousins.

Remember the other day when I had hoped things would look up a bit for me? Well too bad, the rainy weather didn’t move on. Instead I was brought down with a cold and a sorethroat. I do not mind having a cold but the sore throat.. Now that is something which I hate the most.

I am not able to swallow. I can’t eat properly. This Eidul Fitri doesn’t look very interesting to me. I was counting on going out to my relatives house and perhaps watch a movie or two at my aunt’s place where she has her large Samsung TV on her front wall.

It’s raining once again here. Currently reading some Kepo News while blogging. It turns out Singapore is once again flooded by flash floods. WOW… so much for their brain storming over the water works. Oh well.. that proves no matter how high tech a country is, it can never stand up against god’s will.

Anyway I need to return to my Eid preparation. Bye guys!
