Who would have thought that a one stop complex for marketing, groceries and usual daily shopping items like BestMart has free WIFI and with good signal to boot!!

I wouldn’t know about it if it not for dad. I was skeptical at first when he first told me about it as I was getting ready to head for the low signal Old Town Nusa Bestari. Who wouldn’t? It’s not everyday I get to experience a dry market having a free WIFI.

So while dad goes for the daily grocery shopping, I’m happily doing my work outside GreenPoint where there free benches to sit and work. Hehehe.. Now what I need is my neighbor to have WIFI installed and life will surely be completed. hehehe..

So here is the list of Free WIFI at Skudai, Nusa Bestari Area:

• Old Town Nusa Bestari
• Bestmart (very good signal. I’m tempted to watch You Tube on my laptop)
• KFC Nusa Bestari (24hrs). Very good signal although they don’t have any power point for you to charge you battery.

I shall be updating the list when I learn of new places. Sooo loving my area!!

Reporting live from Starbucks, Tmn University Jusco. As usual still hogging onto free wireless and comfy chairs. Amazing that the coffee house is so empty during lunch. In the main city, this is the time where I start rushing for my comfy armchairs but here, it’s you pick and you stroll to your chair.

Still working to close a few deals and before anyone can trash me about this and that, shut the trap up cuz you are in no position to advice me what I should do cuz you are not in my god-d**** position. You are not stuck with nosy advisors, dependents, no form of transport, worries for parents and amounting bills. So I’d be gladly appreciated for the silence.

Due to some totally unexpected reasons, I’m regretful to inform your daily dosage of Ramblings of Vamp will be temporarily be inactive until further notice or until someone pays for my bills.

Til’ then I’m totally limited to free WIFI at Old Town Nusa Bestari without the comfort of my 13Amp S/S/O where I can happily plug in the charger when the battery flats out on me. Other than that, I will have to travel 30km away to get my dosage of Caramel Frap with the comforts of my comfy chair and free Wifi courtesy of TimeNet and also free charging of my lappie at Starbucks Jusco Tmn University.

That place is totally for the people who loves to chill without having to compete for the comfy chairs. And of course the friendly staffs are also a huge plus for me especially when the nature walks kicks in.

Totally sorry for the inconvenience caused people. Until next time and when the bills are fully paid, take care!

Last Friday had a great time, albeit short, spending with the people I love at Delifrance Singapore. After spending some short moments getting caught in the rain at 173 Geylang Road due to some errands pertaining my dad’s previous Nissan C20 ( I didn’t do anything naughty at the ‘hotspot’ there so get your brain out of the gutter), elbowed off some notorious cheeky perverted old men who taught I was up for sale, I finally managed to indulge myself in one of my most favorite food, Peanut Waffles from Prima Deli.

Being a woman does have its disadvantages especially when it comes to the scrumptious evil high calories waffles, but what the heck! It’s not everyday I get to eat the now-rare waffles. So anyway I had dinner with Fazly at Delifrance, he was late again (it’s becoming a bad habit of his) and I did a great impersonation of an irritated woman which resulted in a lengthy debate on who’s paying for the dinner.. grr..

To cut it short, we had dinner, sort out some differences, met an old buddy who still look the same. Found out that someone is still making use of his friends to achieve his singing career dream (the parrots caws better than him.. hehehe). Had my sister and family joining us for dinner, shook the walls of the dimly lighted Delifrance with my family’s antics and of course… TOOK PICTURES!!

And thats only Friday!! I haven’t even gone into Saturday yet.. but since its already 9.30pm now, I think I’ll post up Saturday’s event on Monday morning when my brain still chugs out the ZZZzzz off my brain.. hehehe

This time Scammers have gotten way too far. Not only have they wasted my time, targeted my company, they gave false  hopes to my family members. They chose the wrong person to play this time. I’ve tolerated their nonsense far too long.

This time its personal. I’m taking these scammers where they belong, behind the lovely comforts of the prison, after I shave off all of their funds. The ball has been rolled and its only a few weeks before I forward their contact details to the Interpoll.

I’m gonna make sure that they don’t even know what hit them when the men in blue comes knocking on their door. I will however post up all the email transactions for everyone to see so they won’t fall for the sweet treats of these Blackie-Chan.

But first, I need to get my empty money gram and western union slip. Then going to do some weird transaction on it. I can just imagine the look of frustration on the idiots faces. Anyone care to share me their homemade computer virus? I need to send a New Years Gift to these group of Greedy Mongrels and crash their entire database.

Revenge is sooo sweet!

One of the toughest situation a business can face is low in funds with no future foresight of getting a rollover. In this case, it can cause the company a huge finance problem and causing the company directors to face heart attack and high blood pressure.

I’ve been in that situation more than once and it’s tough to find investors who are willing to bring in the funds after viewing the company’s portfolio and it’s future’s goals. Being a director of a company is never easy. Each week we have to study the financial reports, sales report and the income volume.

Every once in two weeks, there’ll be a meeting held to all Sales Staff for a motivational speech and a private meeting for all executive staffs to counter the financial loss. Then when the tip of the iceberg really collapse, well that’s the time I start trekking down to my bank and have a nice coffee with the manager.

Business Loans, Small Business Loan will usually grace the coffee table almost everytime I had either tea or coffee with him. After prying out the best and latest information, I had to bring the info and transfer it to the boss for review.

It’s quite tough making the decision to choose the best Business Loan that can get fast approval for the company.  Which is why in the US, they have this site. They have made millions of their clients in the US receive loan approvals. No income tax forms and all those other forms to fill up. The approval is based on the client’s credit standing.

It’s simple.

After some panic attack at missing files, slow upload speed of a bunch of 500 files or so, I’m glad to announce that the site upgrading is now completed.

However, I’ve not tested any broken links yet and do inform me if you encountered one or seen a flying bug running amok.

Next on my list of Things to Do on 2008 is to get a new and higher RAM and faster processor.
